In the tax resolution field, he has extensive experience in Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatement and Lien Resolution. Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in 1985, and obtained his law degree at the University of Denver in 1989.

If the situation does not require his assistance, Charles will provide the information to solve the problem. If Parnell & Associates, P.C. assist with the matter, Charles will say so. That is rarely the case. The next step is a consultation. There is a fee for this meeting, which will be quoted during your initial telephone conference. If Charles is able to help you solve your problem in the initial meeting, there will be no additional fees.
